If your item should be dead on arrival, please contact us immediately for a return authorization. Upon receipt of the return, we will be happy to ship you a new item or give you a full refund, whichever you choose.
Latte 4 U Ltd. will be happy to accept your return within 30-days of the date of purchase for all non-consumable items. We do not accept returns of consumable items (coffee, syrup, etc.).
If the item is returned unopened and in new condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be made less shipping charges.
If the item has been opened, but is complete and in new (unused) condition a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and the shipping charges will be made.
If the item has been used, it is not returnable.
Should your item arrive in damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to get you a replacement item quickly. Do not discard the box, packing material, or the item. We insure all of our shipments and must have these items available for inspection by the delivery company (UPS or the Post Office).
Please contact us for return authorization and instructions. All returns must be shipped insured. Latte 4 U Ltd. will not be responsible for damage that occurs during return shippment and damaged items that are not insured will be refused.
If your item has been in use and breaks down, please follow the warranty instructions that came with your equipment.
